Lovely vintage floral pin that fits nicely into the “scatter pin” classification as it would look fabulous grouped with other on a jacket, hat or coat. The pin comes from a group of salesmen samples that were displayed on velvet pads. It is unclear who made these or if they went into production. We were told when purchased these were made in the 1970s.
